I want to make TV SHOWS

First off I never wanted to shut down my TV station. I was told to do so by a higher power in the hopes that I would make movies. But I dont want to make movies. I want to make TV shows.

The Great Loop is not and never was a movie. It is a 8 to ten part show about the 6000 mile loop of the eastern seaboard as conceived by Ken Ransom nearly a century ago. It is realtity tv in a whole new way with out contrived games as best described by AI as "Bad" reality TV often means addictive, trainwreck viewing, featuring high drama, questionable ethics, or absurd premises. Top contenders for notoriously bad or "so bad it's good" TV include Flavor of Love, Jersey Shore, The Swan, and Kid Nation. These shows are celebrated for cringe-worthy moments, messy contestants, and often, absolute chaos.

Five boats, 20 crew and the sea is not to be thought of as a game or high drama, as it will have all of that plus a bag of chips. It is the reality of open water, the ICW and the great canal that our forefathers throught to build more than 200 years ago.

I like the formulaic nature of TV, with all the drama and all the predicatablity that TV holds, and that is why I dont want to make movies because its expensive and a world I dont think i will be very welcome in.

At 50 years of age I dont think anyone wants me to manage their social media or film their training videos and thats fine with me. Owning a TV station where I can produce quality programing for kids, adults and seniors to enjoy each and every day is all I even wanted.

KCTV was my chance to create a TV network for the masses that would serve all the news and weather needs to make the lives of rural America meaningful and bring the long forgotten rural places of our nation back into the 21rst century. We could create soap operas, reality TV, news and weather forecasts, sports and a whole bunch more. Cooking shows from the local eatery, quilting shows for all the up coming seamstresses, and of course all the hunting and fishing shows we can muster from the farms and rural parts of America.

I never wanted to shut KCTV down, especially when it was on the precipice of making money and being a year old. God if your watching, please let me fire up KCTV once again and build my TV network the way I wanted to.
